We manufacture moulded foam parts in series quality exactly according to your requirements, in the required hardness and the corresponding density.

Our foam parts contain all the necessary inserts – EPP, PE, nonwovens, wires, clips – in accordance with OEM specifications.

Each batch is completely tested: Geometry, hardness and density are fully documented.

      Based on the data of your moulded foam part, the precisely fitting tool mould is designed.

      We offer a range of customised solutions for your requirements - from near-series, milled aluminium tools for large-scale production to milled or 3D-printed alternatives made from various synthetics for rapid prototyping and sample parts.

    • arrow Integration of Inserts

      Whether it's trim wires, wire frames, clips, fleece or flock composite inserts, we either manufacture these components ourselves or source them from other suppliers and integrate them seamlessly into the foam process to ensure that each insert is precisely positioned in the final product.

      From prototypes to high-volume production, our fully automated, robotic turntable system guarantees consistent foam quality with customisable hardness levels and densities tailored to the specific requirements of your project.

  1. Final Inspection / Quality Assurance

      In addition to measuring hardness, we offer non-destructive testing to determine indentation hardness. Using state-of-the-art CNC milling technology, we manufacture precisely tailored test substructures to meet your requirements.

      Contour testing is carried out precisely using templates and/or 3D scans. In this way, we ensure that all components comply with the specified dimensional and shape tolerances and that consistently high quality is achieved.
