We develop seat covers both digitally and manually using Optitex and Lectra, digitalization, sketches with Catia V5 – each step fully documented. We can build your seat prototype and support your project right up to the start of production. On site, in your office or production facility. soft trim is there to help things run smoothly. Our Design Office is there to support you too, with CAD design, CAM programming and 3D scanning.

Our Foam Models bring our clients to production readiness quickly. We are masters of the fine art of milling seat components made of Polyurethane (PUR) and EPP and have even developed our own tools for this work. On request, we can coat these foam parts – for an even more realistic prototype. The result of this expert approach are well beyond the standard.
