3D-construction and technical drawings on the basis of your requirements: these are two important specialties of our engineers. And we use well-known CAD-systems such as Catia for this work. Foam constructions are produced with Catia V5 – on the basis of Class A surfacing data and structural components. We construct testing-carriers and control gauges, prepare drawings and complete sectional maps – with comprehensive sectional views of 3D seat models. Or we can reverse engineer a seat by creating construction data out of scanned data. Whatever you have in mind, let us construct it for you!

      We carefully analyse the feasibility of your design and collision test it. If the need arises, we will develop alternative ideas.

      We will produce your foam parts on the basis of your Class-A surfacing and design data. And we will create your testing-carriers and control gauges,– ask us about it!

    • arrow Drawing Preparation

      We can create detailed drawings and comprehensive sectional maps for 3D models of seats – including complete sectional views.

    • arrow Technology Sessions / Workshops

      We can take part in development workshops. At your place or ours.

    • arrow CAM-Programming

      We create the milling and printing software we use on the basis of CAD data sets. This guarantees a consistently high level of quality.

      We scan your component parts – and generate data for manufacturing. Or we can scan already finished parts for reverse engineering to inspect their contours. And we can bring this technology right to your facilities!

      Your construction data are sent over secure data lines. soft trim’s procedures for the handling of sensitive data have been certified as meeting Operation Services Standards for the information class “Secret Data and Prototypes”. We are also a member organization of TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange).
