We are in our element when developing new seat concepts, complete seats or in finding innovative solutions to one-of-a-kind problems. We offer all the relevant skills – and more than 15 years experience – under one roof. We take seat concepts from the abstract world of data and make them real! Our prototypes are exceptionally real and perfect for trade fairs, board presentations, inspections processes and more. These products combine design and function so that your assessment and evaluation processes are fully informed. These prototypes are created in collaboration with our customers – in an open, workshop-style atmosphere which begins with a thorough concept analysis.
Having all the relevant departments under one roof creates efficiencies. Making changes or adjustments can be done quickly and easily. Two to three weeks is all we need from the submission of Class-A surfacing data to the physical production of your seat prototype. Included at this stage is testing for possible part incompatibilities – a process that helps ensure your mass production phase runs smoothly. Of course every step of the process is fully documented. All these services are included in every project we do, so you have nothing to worry about.

arrow SourcingWe order or produce the necessary structures, upholstery, hang-on parts, laminates and foam pieces. -
arrow Concept AnalysisWe analyse the feasibility of your design, collision test it and, if the need arises, develop alternative ideas. Our “everything under one roof” approach gives you anytime access to the collective “know-how” of all our departments. -
arrow CAD-DesignWorking closely with your engineers, we work out your component geometry on the basis of your Class-A surfacing and design data. -
arrow Trim DevelopmentWe work exclusively digitially – without hardcopy pattern sets. We generate the first pattern set as a CAD file based on your Class-A surfacing or foam data. This allows our staff to create your first presentation sample as quickly as possible. Our CAD-design and foam part production processes run in parallel resulting in greatly reduced development time. -
arrow 3D PrintingUsing our own large format 3D printer, we can produce your panels, supports and fixtures – up to a size of 1m3. Full product finishing included. -
arrow Milled PartsMilled foam and EPP parts can be manufactured to your specs. -
arrow Metal StructuresWith your CAD models as templates, we can produce highly-precise metal concept structures using CNC-milled welding fixtures. -
arrow Complete Seats / Optical MeasurementWe use your design guidelines to create your complete seat: optically measured and seamlessly documented. -
